目的：：探讨饮食营养干预结合家庭支持对提高糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择2015年9月~2016年2月糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析治疗患者212例，按病例号单、双号等分为对照组和干预组，对照组予以常规治疗和护理；干预组在常规治疗和护理的基础上实施饮食营养干预和家庭支持。采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表和自编患者家属满意度调查表对两组患者进行测评，比较两组患者生活质量及家属的满意度。结果：干预组患者生活质量优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P
