AbstractObjectiveβ‐catenin is one of the most critical oncogenes associated with many kinds of human cancers, especially in the human CRC. Innate immunity recognizes tumour derived damage‐associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and primes the anti‐tumour adaptive responses.
