国内外研究知识转移的文献较多,而对于知识转移信任问题的研究却很少.文章在总结现有研究文献的基础上,通过实证研究探讨了该问题,并得出结论:信任对社会知识转移具有较大的促进作用;应构建促进社会知识转移的人际信任体系.
