习近平核安全观与构建人类命运共同体都产生于经济全球化、政治格局多样化的时代背景下,都是为了寻求人类世界和平发展与共同繁荣的前进道路。两者之间既互为手段,也互为目的,存在着相互作用、千丝万缕的紧密耦合性。本文从时代背景、理论渊源和主要内容三个层面分别对习近平核安全观和人类命运共同体观进行了理论发展的脉络分析,分析了两者之间在时代背景、理论渊源、目标任务、实现途径、方式方法上的耦合性。

Both Xi Jinping＇ s nuclear security thoughts and the construction of a conununity of human destiny take economic globalization and the diversification of political patterns as the background. They are all for the peaceful development and common prosperity of the human world.
