High concentrated solution of ammonium sulfate was used to assist the reduction of graphene oxide. The morphological and structural properties of the product were analyzed and the electrochemical performance was evaluated. The results showed that the reduced graphene film was maintaining flakily by adding the additive and leading to a very high specific surface area of 615m2g-1. The internal pore size distribution of reduced graphene was ranging from 2.2nm to 20nm,and the most of pores were around 2.5nm.
