目的研究正常成人上颌第一磨牙种植相关数据,为临床牙种植术等口腔外科手术及口腔解剖的教学提供参考依据。方法根据纳入标准筛选32例新鲜成人上颌骨,测量上颌第一磨牙各根根尖到上颌窦底的距离,牙槽嵴顶到上颌窦底的距离,根分叉到上颌窦底的距离,近中颊根颊面、远中颊根颊面、腭根腭面根颈、根中和根尖牙槽骨的厚度。结果上颌第一磨牙牙槽嵴顶到上颌窦底的距离为(12.57±3.19)mm,根分叉到上颌窦底的距离为(9.18±0.79)mm;上颌第一磨牙远中颊根根尖到上颌窦底的距离最远,为(3.11±0.71)mm,腭根次之,近中颊根最近,为(2.27±0.43)mm。各根牙槽骨的厚度从根颈到根中,再到根尖逐渐增厚,其中以腭根表...
