Objective: The study investigates the impact of preoperative rehabilitation on the surgical prognosis of frail older patients. Method: The effect sizes of all studies retrieved and included by the nine databases were analyzed and expressed as RR and WMD. Results: 8 studies with 902 participants met the criteria for inclusion.
