Circ_0032704 was overexpressed in sorafenib‐resistant tumor tissues and cells of HCC. The knockdown of circ_0032704 reduced sorafenib resistance, inhibited cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, and enhanced the function of CD8+ T cells. Our study proposed a novel mechanism that circ_032704 exerted these effects by positively regulating PD‐L1 via competitively targeting miR‐514a‐3p.
