目的探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维与决策课程的设计及效果。方法选取湖南省某护理学院2018级50名护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,采用SNAPPS教学法进行临床思维与决策课程的教学,即教师通过病例按照总结(summarize)、缩小范围(narrow)、分析(analyze)、探讨(probe)、计划(plan)、选择案例相关问题自学(select)的步骤进行讲解与引导。比较2017级与2018级学生的综合测试成绩和教学评价。结果2018级学生的综合测试成绩、自主学习能力、探究学习能力、交流总结能力、临床思维能力、教学满意度方面均高于2017级(P

Objective To explore the effects of clinical thinking and decision-making course for students of Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS). Methods We selected 50 students of MNS from a nursing college of Hunan province and used SNAPPS method to teach clinical thinking and decision-making courses.
