《刑事诉讼法》是法学本科专业的核心课程，为了培养时代需要的应用型人才，推广合作式参与教学模式在该课程中的应用大有必要。合作式参与教学模式的理论基础包括哲学基础、教育学基础和心理学基础三方面。它能有效推动《刑事诉讼法》课程教学理念变迁，顺利保证教学与实务衔接以及促成相关教学保障机制完善。其具体运用方略包括宏观层面上营造平等合作的教学氛围，微观层面上优化课程具体教学方式。

“Criminal Procedure Law”is a core course for the law profession. In order to train the application talent meet-ing the era needs,it is very necessary that we spread the applications of cooperative participate teaching mode in it.
