Object: To observe the influence of silencing the expression of YB-1 gene by RNA interference cell on proliferation and migration of prostate cancer. Methods: The YB-1 siRNA was transfected into PC-3 cells at logarithmic growth by liposome, expression levels of YB-1 mRNA and protein were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Wesretn-blot, proliferation and invasion of PC-3 cell was detected by MTT assay and Transwell experiments.
