公司财务成长战略管理是公司战略管理的重要内容。公司财务成长可分为公司销售成长与公司盈利成长。由于受到公司内部资源与外部环境制约，公司财务成长存在可持续成长极限。讨论了公司财务成长的9种类型，并对公司财务成长战略管理的经验与教训进行了初步总结。
