背景:以往研究显示,酸性成纤维细胞因子(acidic fibroblast growth factor,aFGF)复合部分脱蛋白骨(partially deproteinised bone,PDPB)对实验动物早期股骨头缺血坏死血管再生具有良好的促进作用,但其组织学变化尚不明确。目的:从组织学变化角度观察 aFGF 复合PDPB 修复兔早期股骨头缺血坏死的效果。方法:用新西兰大白兔制备早期股骨头缺血坏死动物模型,建模后随机分为空白组、PDPB 组和 aFGF/PDPB 组。PDPB 组植入PDPB,aFGF/PDPB 组植入 aFGF/PDPB。所有动物分别于第 2,4,8 周取材进行苏木精伊红染色观察成骨情况。结果与结论:空白组第 8 周缺损区被纤维结缔组织填充,在交界处有少量骨样组...
