The strip mine truck transportation scheduling system is of uncertainty attribute which is involved to fuzzy parametric problem such as transportation path, production process and shoveling-transportation-crashing equipment under environment. Because of fuzzy programming depending on complex degree of member function of fuzzy coefficient, it cannot to be solved through transforming clear math programming problem, anymore, it is difficult to get optimal solution with the classics optimization algorithm.
