随着现代技术的迅猛发展和全面渗透给人类社会带来的一系列问题、困惑以及潜在的不确定性风险乃至毁灭性灾难,对技术的困惑、质疑、批判之声此起彼伏,甚至有人持彻底抛弃技术的极端立场。对技术及其运用和发展方式的反思与批判体现了人类的自觉能动性,本无可厚非,但只有在对技术的本质、特征、功能做出全面而深刻的哲学反思这一基础之上,才能对技术及其运用和发展做出客观、中肯而有效的价值评判,才能避免一种主观情绪化的外在批判和极端立场,并从而促进技术及其运用的人性化发展。
