Purpose: Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy followed surgery is the standard management for localized advanced colorectal carcinoma (CRC). Mucinous adenocarcinoma (MAC) is a peculiar histological subtype of CRC, but the prognosis of MAC patients is controversial.
