摘要:
心血管疾病是全球"头号杀手",其主要病理基础是动脉粥样硬化。血脂康以特制红曲为原料,对改善动脉粥样硬化具有积极意义。血脂康除能安全、有效降低血脂外,近年来其降脂以外的心血管获益也备受关注。研究表明,血脂康通过调节内皮功能、保护内皮祖细胞、改善氧化应激和减轻炎症反应等多种机制发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用,本文从以上几方面综述血脂康抗动脉粥样硬化、心血管保护的研究进展。

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) has been one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, and atherosclerosis (As) is a common pathogenic basis for CVD. Xuezhikang is a purified extract of fermented red yeast rice with benefits to improvement of As. Apart from being a safe and effective lipid-lowering drug, Xuezhikang has drawn growing awareness due to its cardiovascular protection beyond lipid modulation.
