The positioning accuracy of MVC850B NC milling machine is accurately detected by Renishaw XL-30 laser interferometer.By analyzing the measurement results,the backlash and pitch error of the NC milling machine are calculated,and the corresponding error compensation value is obtained.Then the error of backlash and pitch error is compensated,and the relevant experimental data is analyzed by Matlab software.Experiments show that the error compensation by this method will greatly improve the positioning accuracy of the NC milling machine.Finally,the workpiece machining verification experiment is ca...
