Collection and Processing of Gold-immunochromatographic Assay(GICA) Based on STM32

随着人们对便携式仪器的需求,具有独立运算处理能力的嵌入式系统得到广泛运用。文中设计了金标试纸读数仪,基于STM32单片机,通过COMS图像传感器摄像头（ov5640）采集图像,在TFT LCD屏幕上显示图像,同时将得到的数据与结果存储在SD卡和flash的数据保存模块中。实验结果表明,该设计可以得到清晰的图像与灰度化的图像。
