农业曾被认为是中国入世后最易遭受冲击的领域,因此,农业谈判成了入世谈判最艰难的一环.如今,中国农业并没有像想像中那样不堪一击,逐渐开放的市场给农产品贸易发展带来了更多的机遇,从而带动了农业的发展.但同时,农产品贸易所面临的冲击也已逐渐显现.作者在对入世三年以来农产品贸易情况进行跟踪分析的基础上,剖析了入世后中国农产品贸易方面仍存在的问题,从而有针对性地提出了一些政策建议.

China's agriculture was regarded as the weakest industry after e ntry into WTO three years ago and the negotiations about agriculture was the mos t difficult. Nowadays, China's agriculture industry is not so weak as we thought . More and more opportunities have appeared in the open market, which has prompt ed the development of the agriculture.
