目的:探讨不同CT值赋值法对鼻咽癌调强放射治疗(IMRT)计划剂量计算的影响,以及基于磁共振(MR)图像制定鼻咽癌IMRT计划的赋值方法。方法:选取2018年3月至2018年11月在山东省肿瘤医院行IMRT的32例鼻咽癌患者,在其定位CT图像上勾画并统计骨骼、空腔、大脑、眼球、视神经、晶状体、腮腺、咬肌、皮肤等组织器官的群体化CT值。通过不同CT值赋值法生成伪CT:(1)CT1:对全组织整体赋予0 HU;(2)CT2:在CT1的基础上对空腔赋予群体化CT值;(3)CT3:在CT2的基础上对骨骼赋予群体化CT值;(4)CT4:在CT3的基础上对各个软组织分别赋予群体化CT值。在定位CT上制定鼻咽癌IMRT计划Plan0,再将Plan0分别移植到4个...
