A voltage-programmed pixel circuit is presented for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) displays. The circuit contains seven amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) and one capacitor. In the compensation stage, the circuit extracts the threshold voltages of the driving TFT and OLED, and obtains a mobility dependent discharge voltage.
