该实验测定氟啶虫胺腈、氟啶虫酰胺2种农药防治金银花蚜虫效果,研究其在金银花蚜虫防治上的适用性,为金银花蚜虫防治寻找新的低毒低残留替代农药。按照农药标签的施用剂量喷施,对试验小区施药前和施药后1,2,3,7,10 d进行虫口数调查,调查方法为5点取样法,每株金银花中选取5个蚜虫数较多的枝条,记录虫口数。结果显示施药后1 d,2种农药对金银花蚜虫防治效果超过80%,均大于对照药剂吡虫啉,说明这2种农药速效性好;施药后7,10 d,防治效果均为达100%。2种农药推荐剂量对金银花蚜虫防治效果良好,均无药害,可在金银花上推广使用。

The study was aimed to determine the efficacy of two pesticides in the control of aphids in Lonicera japonica, and study the applicability of pesticides in L. japonica. The number of insects was counted before and 2, 3, 7 and 10 days after the application of pesticide in the test area within different dosage groups. The method was 5-point sampling method.
