Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic roles of Tetrandrine (TET) on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the underlying mechanism. Method: Traumatic injury model of hippocampal neurons and TBI mouse model were established to evaluate the therapeutic effects.
