企业盈利能力不如盈利成长能力 ,企业盈利成长能力不如可持续盈利成长能力。因此 ,研究可持续盈利能力对企业具有十分重要的意义。本文结合企业成长战略管理实践 ,分析了企业普遍存在的资本依赖、过度负债、管理弱化、创新停滞、成长失调等五大陷阱。并探讨了增强企业可持续盈利成长能力的主要途径。
