Although extensive research progress has been made in breast cancer in recent years, yet the morbidity and mortality rates of breast cancer are rising, making it the major disease that endangers women's health. Energy metabolism reprogramming is featured by a state termed “aerobic glycolysis” or the Warburg effect that glycolysis is preferred even under aerobic conditions in neoplastic diseases.
