摘要:
以大型桥梁和建筑结构的健康监测为背景,设计了一种新型的低频高灵敏度光纤光栅加速度传感器,并利用有限元法对该传感器进行了优化设计和动态特性分析,结果表明:该新型光纤光栅加速度传感器具有灵敏度高、横向灵敏度小、测量精度高和动态特性较佳等特点。

According to demand of large-scale bridge and civil structure health monitor, a new type of fiber Bragg grating accelerometer which has low nature frequency and high sensitivity has been come forth. The working principle and the structure of the new type of fiber Bragg grating accelerometer were described in this paper. Analysis approach of static and dynamic characteristic has been developed by finite element method software, ANSYS.
