Using the bus lines management system as the background, this thesis suggested a mathematic model based on the number of passengers who got on and off the bus at different stops. As a result, by this model, the thesis offered a better resolution to the traditional arrangement of bus schedule, a quantity analysis of some relevant data and a relevant mathematic model. The software, the bus line schedule and assessment system was developed by the object-oriented technology.
