运用文献资料法对"阳光体育"的内涵进行研究与探讨,从加强"阳光体育"在学校体育和增强我国国民体质的作用入手,对现阶段我国各级学校中开展的"阳光体育"进行研究,旨在深入剖析"阳光体育"的深刻含义、发展中的各种有利和不利因素,对"阳光体育"的发展提出建议.

This essay presents discussion and study with regard to the connotation of 'Sunlight Sports' by utlizing documents and data.It commences with the strenghten of the role that 'Sunlight Sports' plays both in school sports and in the strenghten of national physique.It works on the 'Sunlight Sports' which is currently carried out in all levels of schools in our nation.It aims at an intensive analysis of the profound meaning of this terminology,and of the?advantageous and disadvantageous factors of it.As a conclusion it puts...
