RIMARY pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare condition, approximately accounting for 0.1%-0.4% of all lung malignancies. PSCs consist of 5 major histological variants according to 2004 WHO classification:pleomorphic carcinoma, spindle cell carcinoma, giant cell carcinoma, carcinosarcoma, and pulmonary blastoma.
