This paper thoroughly introduces the one-stop decontamination and reuse process specific to radioactively contaminated steel, highlighting its key characteristics. By leveraging the data from engineering practice, we conduct a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of various decontamination techniques, including crystalline phase temperature difference gradient decontamination, strippable film decontamination, as well as a novel decontamination agent and its corresponding process.
