This study aimed to assess the feasibility of using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based Delta radiomics characteristics extrapolated from the Ax LAVA + C series to identify intermediary- and high-risk factors in patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgery following neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.
