目的 分析疾病预防控制中心(CDC)工作人员手机运动软件的使用情况及其对健康的影响.方法 采用整群随机抽样法,选择湖南省7个地级市CDC的291名工作人员为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷调查其手机运动软件使用情况,采用《亚健康量表》调查其健康状况,分析手机运动软件使用对其健康的影响.结果 研究对象手机运动软件使用率为28.5％ (83/291).研究生学历人员手机运动软件使用率分别高于大学本科、大学专科及以下学历人员(P＜0.01);体质指数(BMI)为18.5 ～ kg/m2组人员手机运动软件使用率分别低于BMI为24.0～和28.0 ～ kg/m2组人员(P ＜0.001).使用手机运动软件的CDC工作人员亚健康现患率低于未使用运...

Objective To study the use of mobile phone sports software by the staffs of Centers for Disease Control（ CDC）and its impact on their health.
