目的观察长期接触铅烟工人免疫球蛋白和某些微量元素含量的变化.方法采用单向免疫扩散法和原子吸收分光光度计分别测定铅接触和对照工人血铅、锌、铜、铁含量,尿铅含量和血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)含量.结果铅接触工人血清IgG、IgM均低于对照组,铅接触者血清IgG、IgM含量与血铅呈显著性负相关(P＜0.01).当血铅平均值在2.0 μmol/L以上时,血液中锌、铜、铁含量出现不同程度的降低.结论长期接触铅烟作业工人,血清免疫球蛋白及锌和铁含量发生变化.

Objective To study the changes of contents of immunoglobulin and certain microelements in workers long term exposed to lead fumes. Methods Serum immunoglobulin contents (IgA, IgG, IgM) were analysed with immunodiffusion method. The content of the microelements (Zn, Cu, Fe and Pb) in blood and content of lead in urine in 86 workers exposed to lead fumes and in 72 control workers were examined by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.
