Objective To observe the liver tissue lesion and its mechanism in SD rats inhaled cooking oil fumes (COF). Methods After inhalation of COF [(43±4) mg/m 3, 30 min/d, 20, 40, 60 days], the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of the malondialdehyde (MDA) and zinc, copper, iron and calcium in liver tissues in rats were observed.
