Since FHL1 has three isoforms, FHL1A, FHL1B, FHL1C, This review focuses on the function of FHL1A in tumors. The above studies mainly focus on the role of FHL1A in tumors, however, the other two isoforms also have certain roles in the occurrence and development of tumors. Study have shown that FHL1B moves between the nucleus and cytoplasm during the cell cycle and that FHL1B interacts with its C terminus and PP2ACβ. FHL1B may be responsible for recruiting other PP2A-related proteins to mediate
