As an important tumor marker, the expression level of premicroRNA-21 (pre-miR-21) can provide important information for early diagnosis, drug treatment and prognosis of tumor. Thus, developing pre-miR-21 detection is of great importance for diagnosis of disease. Herein, a direct, simple and rapid method for quantitative detection of pre-miR-21 was developed.
