A microbial sensor for the determination of triglyceride was prepared in this paper. Geotrichum candidum was used as the biocatalyst and pH glass electrode was used as the base electrode. The effects of the culture medicum, immobilized methods of the microorganism and the response characteristics of the sensor were studied.
