马克思主义是在近代社会初入中国的,中国人根据自身所需的新型权利现,对马克思主义权利观进行了自我解读,形成了一些较为固定和成型的理论体系和思想模式。在"无私的道德观"指导下,把个人的物质利益融入"极为富裕的社会"中去,这就是中国化的马克思主义的权利观。而马克思主义权利观之所以能说中国"化"了,一个重要表现就是中国思想家也形成了自己相对成型的学说和理论,这些学说和理论是马克思主义权利观中国化的理论载体,也是对中国化实质的最终解读。
