随着社会的发展,社会竞争压力不断增加,为提高大学生的竞争力,国家以及高等学校逐渐加大对大学生创新能力的培养。大学生创新能力培养方案的实施,依赖于高等学院的师资队伍。青年教师是高等学校师资力量的重要组成部分。但由于他们初入教学领域,其在科研和教学的各个方面都有所欠缺,因此,无论是青年教师自身,还是高等院校都应注重科研和教学能力的培养。文章就如何培养青年教师科研和教学能力谈几点意见。
