目的：探讨客观结构化临床考试（ OSCE）在地方高校护理本科毕业生临床技能考核中的应用方法及效果。方法：构建适合地方高校的OSCE考核方案，并对481名护理本科毕业生进行临床技能考核，分析考核效果。结果：OSCE考核方案难度适中，区分度指数较高，有良好的信度和效度。结论：OSCE能够准确客观地评价护理本科毕业生的临床技能。

Objective： To explore the application method and effect of objective structured clinical examination（ OSCE） in the evaluation of clinical skills of nursing graduates in local colleges and universities. Methods： The OSCE assessment program was adopted to evaluate the clinical skills of 481 nursing graduates in local colleges and universities and the effect of assessment was analyzed.
