Cellular senescence constitutes a permanent state of cell cycle arrest in proliferative cells induced by different stresses. The exploration of tumor pathogenesis and therapies has been a research hotspot in recent years. Cellu-lar senescence is a significant mechanism to prevent the proliferation of potential tumor cells, but it can also pro-mote tumor growth.
