模拟失重条件下人体出汗变化规律的实验硏究

摘要:
针对失重条件下人体出汗所发生的变化,采用航天医学领域的-6°头低位卧床(HDBR)实验与常规热舒适实验相结合的方法,在12种空气温湿度下对6名男性受试者进行不同部位皮肤微电流的实验测量,将皮肤微电流作为人体出汗的指示信号.研究结果表明:HDBR模拟失重时,空气相对湿度较低的条件下(${\rm{RH = 30\% }}$)人体皮肤出汗比HDBR卧床前需要更高的空气温度刺激,并且出汗率相比卧床前出现一定程度的降低;中等湿度(45%)条件下,模拟失重时的皮肤出汗率随着空气温度增高而增加,但是显著低于HDBR卧床前的水平;高湿条件(80%)下且环境温度高于29时,模拟失重时人体皮肤出汗率显著增高,其值低于HDBR卧床前的水平...

In order to study the changes of human sweating under simulated weightlessness, the -6°Head-Down Bed Rest (HDBR) experiment usually employed in the researches of Space Medicine and the traditional experiment of human thermal comfort were carried out.
