Evaluation of Emergency Logistics Capacity Based on DEA-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

面对频发的突发事故，有针对性地提高应急物流能力已经成为研究的热点。通过专家打分方法获得DEA评价的样本数据，采用数据包络分析中的C2R模型计算5个应急物流能力决策单元的相对效率，再将相对效率模糊化，最后对5个应急物流能力决策单元进行综合评价。研究结果表明：基于数据包络分析的模糊综合评价方法能够很好地区分出5个应急物流决策单元的应急能力。
