The operators sometimes can not judge next possible monitoring object which would lead to monitoring delay or transfer error in the monitoring digital human-computer interface (DHCI) parameter information process in nuclear power plant(NPP). For this purpose, the Markov process based forecasting path dynamic plan (FPDP) method which included forecasting path model, forecasting path plan algorithm and the calculation method of transfer path success probability was proposed.
