Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) is the leading cause of death among infectious diseases in the worldwide. Lack of more sensitive and effective diagnostic reagents has increased the awareness of rapid diagnosis for tuberculosis.
