A study has been made on a new process of extracting uranium by alkaline heap leaching, which is an intensified leaching by adding lixiviant (Na 2CO 3,NaHCO 3) and heating. The process circuit is as the following: original ore →crushing → roasting → pretreatment → heating → leaching and washing → concentration and purification.
