The paper firstly analyzes the main factors of psychological obstacle factor in the enterprises＇ management reformation. Then based on the investigation data, we use AMOS 4.0 to establish the SEM of psychological obstacle factor and performances index, analyze the influential effect of psychological obstacle factors on performances of reformation.
