目的探讨二烯丙基二硫(diallyl disulfide,DADS)是否通过miR-7下调X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein,XIAP),抑制胃癌SGC7901细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭。方法构建XIAP过表达SGC7901细胞株; qRTPCR 、Western blot检测DADS对过表达细胞XIAP表达的影响; CCK-8和平板克隆形成实验分析DADS对XIAP过表达细胞增殖的影响;划痕和Transwell实验分析DADS对XIAP过表达细胞迁移和侵袭的影响; qRT-PCR检测DADS对miR-7表达的影响;双荧光素酶报告实验、qRT-PCR和Western blot验证miR-7对XIAP靶向负调控作用。结果XIAP过表达增强SGC7901细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力; DADS下调XIAP、抑制XIAP过...
