锌作为生命必需的微量元素,在机体组织中的代谢平衡是多种生理功能正常进行的必要条件.近年来,越来越多的研究表明锌稳态失衡在阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer's dis-ease,AD)的发生发展中起重要作用,恢复锌稳态可有效改善AD病理表现及认知损伤,但机制尚未完全研究清楚.本综述总结了国内外对锌稳态失衡在AD发病中的作用及其机制的研究,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为AD的治疗提供新思路.

The metabolic balance of zinc, as an essential trace element in life, is a necessary condition for the normal progress of various physiological functions.
